These brushes are tool preset file (.TPL) not .ABR file
They was created and used with: Adobe Photoshop CS6 using MacbookPro (2012), Apple Pencil, iPadPro (+Astropad App) and Adobe PhotoshopCC (2017.0.1) on MacbookPro (2016) with Wacom Intous5 tablet and Wacom stylus. I can't guarantee that these brushes will work properly with any other older versions of Photoshop or in other application or with other tablets and styluses, so I can recommend to use them on computer and with tablets and styluses with similar characteristics.
