The original superellipse typeface, Microgamma/Eurostile, coincided with the emergence of the CRT (cathode ray tube) TV screen, but there is more than this visual analogy of high-tech in play, as the pumped up angularity of the curved components of the genre also informs the quality of set text. In particular, due to the straightness of the round letters’ side stems, there is a neat modularity of vertical letter spacing, which denotes authority, with precision, complementing the tautness of the face’s curves."

There is a very simple reason why the name of this font includes a potato. Or potatoe, if you prefer. It was carefully carved out of 14,5 kg of potatoes.
Or 32.0 lb of potatos.
Every single letter, every digit and every symbol. Manually, of course, and care-fully. It took a while. Longer than digitizing it, but since we love great quality, we put just as much care into this process.

Malva was designed to perform as a branding element, providing a clean look for visual identities and publications. It brings a touch of friendliness to the communication without compromising the professional look every brand strives for.Legibility was one of the top concerns during the development of Malva. We took special care to differentiate the naturally ambiguous characters I, i, l and 1. Besides that, carefully proportioned letterforms make Malva a very legible text typeface. The lighter and bolder weights look great at large sizes, such as posters, ads and headlines. On the other hand, the whole family works very well on the web and on mobile devices. The family consists of 18 fonts, from Thin to Black and matching italics. Each font contains 424 glyphs, supporting 219 languages.

When it comes to Opentype features, Intelo is loaded with stylistic alternates, tabular figures, fractions, ligatures, and more. Chocolatte font is a yummy, creamy script font, made entirely with chocolate.. No, sorry, that’s not true. It was made with a pen, but I thought I’d create a nice urban myth.
Chocolatte is a pretty useful font: you can stick it on your X-mas cards, write a little poem with it and surprise the love of your life with an enormous amount of chocolate, decorate your cake with it (preferably a chocolate cake) or use it for your… well, whatever.
Just remember that this delicious font cannot be eaten, but it does come with copious amounts of diacritics for all you chocoholics out there!
