I was inspired by some old newspaper prints that had structured retro serif fonts and a set of accompanying comic books that had a funky tone. I wanted to blend in these completely opposite styles to create a new effect! Result - Mugaloid typeface, a super-thin retro-modern typeface with a funky sound to it.
