The source of inspiration for MFC Livermore Monogram is a wonderfully ornate lettering style recreated from the pages of Charles J. Strong's "The Art of Show Card Writing" of 1907. We've expanded the original Capitals & Numbers glyphset to include smallcaps to make monograms, and have added a few unique ornamentations for basic titling typesetting. The style is further accented by a set of layering typefaces that allow you to create a 3-dimensional effect reminiscent of vintage sign painting.
