NB Architekt™ pays tribute to typefaces used on architectural construction plans during the ‘Letraset’ era. The typeface is a classic modern monoline monospace which was originally designed by S. Gandl in 2002 and named ‘NB55RMS™’. NB55RMS™ was globally released with Neubau’s ‘Neubau Welt’ publication in 2005. In 2015 ‘NB55RMS™’ was entirely revised, recoded and released in OpenType-Std format as NB Architekt™ together with the new NB Architekt Neue™ as ‘cleaner’ alternate version.
