EDITING THE SMART OBJECT:
1. Open PSD File
2. In the Layers panel right click on the Smart Object Layer and press Edit Contents
or you can just doubleclick layer thumbnail (this layers are marked with green color)
3. A new file will be opened, paste your design here
4. After that Save it and close
5. Changes will be made automatically to your main psd file
