HOW TO USE SMART OBJECTS

Open the PSD file in Photoshop.
Double click on the layer "Your design here". A new window opens.
Insert your design into this window and position it.
Click "Save" and close the window.
In the original PSD file your inserted picture will be placed exactly into the paper.
