YOU MAY USE THE GRAPHICS IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:

On web sites;
In printed media, digital media, product packaging and software, provided that the graphic(s) cannot be readily extracted/unincorporated from such digital media;
Incorporated into printed or digital material intended for public display; Incorporated into merchandise for resale including, posters, paper greeting cards, provided that such merchandise combines the Image with words and/or other graphics of images;
You may create design templates, either on-line or off-line, including website templates, blog templates, business card templates, e-card templates, invitation templates and brochure design templates, provided that the graphic(s) cannot be readily extracted/unincorporated from such templates.
YOU MAY NOT:

Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer any graphics;
Resale the graphics in the form of design resources, such as clip art, vectors, or photo images in both digital and print format;
Imply or claim that you are the author of the artwork;
Repackage and sell the graphics on it’s own or as part of a bundle.
Make graphics available to a third party on a digital asset management system, shared drive or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring such graphic(s).
